In the 1970's, growing up in Minnesota, I vividly remember my grandfather bringing out his camera with screw-in flash bulbs for family celebrations, especially during Christmas. Those snapshots from that special time still fill me with warmth.

By the mid-70's, I was gifted my first camera, a Kodak 'The Handle' instant camera, for Christmas. This unique device, similar to a Polaroid but with a handle for cranking out prints, sparked my passion for photography. Despite the poor image quality and expensive film, it was the start of an incredible journey.
